Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the parcel.
• The net weight of the box is 400g and 800g
• To be eligible for a refund, you must return at least 350g for 400g and 750g for 800g of the product.
• The product must be in reasonable condition and properly packed when returned.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
